Plans call for a wing incidence of +1/4. I'm almost at +3/4. The saddle of the wing can be sanded to adjust the incidence. Since I'm not that far off I am going to drill and tap the wing blocks as is because once the wing bolts suck up the wing against the saddle I'm pretty confident that the incidence will fall into place.
